Supervisor Recap

If your business has supervisors inspecting various accounts, the supervisor recap allows them to keep notes on their day. This recap is then submitted to the admins and owner when the supervisor finishes their day.

What can I do in a recap?

A supervisor can submit one recap per day. The recap records how much time they spend at each location and in-between time driving.

One of the more useful features of the supervisor recap is that it can automatically calculate mileage between two locations. Using the address of each location, Janit uses Google Maps to calculate the exact distance needed.

When visiting a location, a supervisor can record supply usage as well as any important notes.
