Employee Timekeeping

When members with the employee role log in, they will be sent to the "My Jobs" page. From this page, there will be a panel labeled Timekeeping.

Starting

To start a job, click the Start Job button.

A modal will appear showing all jobs they are assigned. The dropdown will disable jobs the employee is not actively within range. Once a job is selected, click the Start Job button to begin timekeeping. Your GPS coordinates will be sent along with the start request, verifying you are at the proper location.

To respect your privacy, Janit only records GPS coordinates when starting and stopping jobs. No GPS coordinates are recorded outside of these events.

Stopping

To finish at a job that is currently in progress, click the End Job button that appears. You will now see your most recent work log in the "My Work Logs" section below.
