Correcting Findings

When a finding is documented by an inspector, the cleaner assigned to remedy the finding will be notified by email and push notification if they have the app installed.

The employee will only be notified if you have added their email address to their profile. See here for details.

They can either click on the notification which will bring them to a page showing their specific finding. From here they can leave a comment and upload a picture to verify the finding has been remedied. The cleaner will see a simplified view of the finding, showing the client, location and job that the finding was discovered on, as well as a way to reply back with a comment and image proving it has been resolved.

By clicking the reply button, the cleaner can add a comment and image proving it has been resolved. The reporter will then be notified of the response and approve or request further changes.
