Organization Setup
These instructions will walk you through configuring your organization so that you can add members and start payroll.
Starting a subscription
If you only plan on having 3 or less members of your organization, you can skip these instructions.
A subscription will be needed if you have more than 3 members in your organization. To get started, go to Menu > Settings
and find the Billing section. Click the Manage Subscription
link. This will take you off platform to Stripe, a subscription billing service we use. Complete the prompts, specifying the number of members you need.
If you ever need to change your subscription quantity, you can always come back to this link.
Payroll Configuration
Before you can generate billing reports, you will need to configure your payroll schedule.
Go to Menu > Settings
to find your payroll settings
Janit currently supports payroll in 1 week increments.
You must pick a starting date for payroll. You will need to pick a day in the past that payroll would start on. Payroll will then be calculated based on this starting date.
